MORTGAGE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - MULTIPLE ROLES
Overview
Our client is a leading loan and asset management service provider who have multijurisdictional expertise with operations in Ireland, the UK, and throughout Europe, supporting loans for commercial and investment purposes and mortgages from origination to redemption.
Responsibilities
As an Analyst you’ll support the origination team in the ongoing provision of services spanning all stages of the origination cycle and for the asset management across the performing and non-performing portfolios.
The Analyst will responsible for reviewing, analysing, validating and ensuring timely delivery of Management Information to the client and for internal purposes. You will create client steering packs and works with the business to populate ahead of client meetings.
Work closely with the Asset Managers on all Management Information reports, and KPI’s / SLA’s.

Assist the business by managing correspondence and external contact e.g. answering emails, phone calls and sorting mail etc.
Perform all tasks in compliance with policies, procedures and Central Bank Codes and regulations.
Professionally liaise with external broker network, the client and customer
Assist with reporting and distribution e.g. weekly SLA performance reports.
Requirements
Proactive approach and “can do” attitude required. Can adapt to multiple work activities on the mandate.
Minimum of 1/2 year' Financial Industry experience (Banking, Asset Management, Mortgages, Lending or Insolvency is highly desirable).
The ability to work within tight deadlines.
Computer literate with good knowledge of the MS office suite.
Excellent communication skills written, and verbal are essential.
Embraces new tasks/challenges and is a highly organised professional.
Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment.
Results focused with an emphasis on attention to detail.
QFA desirable.

Salary: €35,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
