Working alongside our Managing Director to devise, develop and implement business growth strategies.
Sourcing and screening candidates for live job requirements across banking, financial services, accountancy & real estate.
Manage all stages of the recruitment process from cradle to grave for both the client and the candidate.
Provide a best-in-class service to both candidates and clients
Business development and identifying sales leads while also networking in order to grow the business and seek opportunities before they come to market.
Create and develop your own book of business in an area that you are passionate about across our specialisms.
Becoming an expert in your field and be seen as the go to person in your area of specialism.
Marketing and grow the FS Recruitment brand through social media avenues.
Establish a presence and network on LinkedIn.
Advertise and create creative job adverts through Indeed, LinkedIn and our website.
Deliver on realistic sales and revenue targets.
Ensure highest standards and quality are met when representing candidates to clients.
Attending client and candidate meetings and networking events.
The Ideal candidate:
Preferably some recruitment experience in banking or the financial services area but not essential.
Have a transferrable skillset, for example someone coming from a retail banking or SME banking background where sales, upselling and customer service are part and parcel of the role.
Someone coming from a customer service or sales background outside of banking or finance but with an interest in the area we would also welcome speaking to.
Have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people and be comfortable speaking with candidates and clients at all levels of the business.
Commercially focused with a hunger and drive to deliver results and revenue.
Self starter and self motivated.
Strong attention to detail is paramount to the role.
Take pride in maintaining the highest standards and quality.
Must be eager to learn and absorb information regarding best practises and standards.
Have a passion for business development and winning new business.
