The Remediation executive is required to deliver Remediation workstreams across all portfolios managed in Ireland. The individual will work with the wider business to understand current and potential non-compliance/remediation issues and in defining and delivering correction activity with the business’ support.

The objective of all remediation activities is to provide analysis, project plans, oversight of tasks and to recommend appropriate changes and actions within the firm to enhance our customer and client experiences and to maximise performance. This role is ideal for someone who excels and enjoys working in a challenging and fast paced environment supporting our customers and regulatory objectives.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for tasks required in progressing several Remediation workstreams

  • Act as owner of the issues in conjunction with their manager and will ensure effective governance including workstream, quality, risk plans and that issues are actively managed through to their successful resolution and ensure fair outcomes for our customers

  • Work with internal and external partners to understand the reason for non-compliance and work with them to define and deliver rectification activity including analysis, the identification and recommendation of solutions

  • Sharing knowledge and provide feedback, learning and ideas to the Remediation Team and other support teams so that performance is continually improved

  • Maintain decision logs and contribute to populating and verifying information in the Remediation database

  • Work with business partners to co-ordinate and oversee incidents, fixes, ensuring effective communications with all key internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail, pulling together different sources of information and articulating key points

  • High level of analytical reviews required, presentation of output of analysis is expected to be clear and transferrable to all levels of employees within the firm (Staff, Management and Board)


  • Strong experience of Irish Mortgage servicing and loan activities

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collections experience

  • Strong analytical & review skillset in order to make recommendations on aspects of the process

  • Risk oversight and control management

  • Demonstrate awareness of CCMA/CPC/SME codes

  • Proven track record of working within the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (“TCF”)

  • Maintain good interpersonal relationships

  • Experience of working in a fast paced, changeable environment

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

Salary : €40,000 -  €55,000

Contract: 12 Month FTC with view to permanency
