My client a leading, well established provider of Asset Finance is currently seeking an experienced sales driven business development manager to help to grow and develop their Irish operations.

This is a stand alone role which will cover the Republic of Ireland with the potential to grow a team out in time.

My client is very well established with an international presence and extensive credit funding lines. 

This role will suit someone who is working within Asset Finance and has a strong network of clients, strong relationships with financial advisors and strong relationships with accountants. The person will also have to have a passion for customer service and client delivery.

The product will span a number of sectors which will provide great scope and variety and potential revenue streams.

What the successful candidate will look like?

  • Sales driven and focused / hungry for sales.

  • Extensive network

  • 5+ years’ experience working within a business development/sales function within Asset Finance.

  • Coming from a background of either of the following: SME Lending, Asset Finance, Agri Finance or Invoice Discounting.

  • Ability to be self-motivated.

  • Customer focused.


  • Salary €65,000 - €75,000 basic

  • Strong Commission + €10,000 annual bonus potential on top of commission.
