FINANCIAL MODELLER - REAL ESTATE

Overview:

My client, an international property company is currently seeking a Real Estate Financial Modeller to assist with their growing portfolio of real estate acquisitions and investments.

This is a massively varied role that covers numerous sectors within property and the organisation is very dynamic and ever evolving.

The successful candidate will have unrivalled exposure and autonomy within this role, with excellent career growth potential.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• 5+ years’ experience working within Financial Modelling and Real Estate.

• Experience dealing with quantitative financial modelling in relation to investments, purchasing and acquisitions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively present and communicate with senior stakeholders within the organisation.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Expert knowledge of Excel and strong experience in data modelling and management

• Track record on the integration and manipulation of large datasets with any of the following software packages: SQL, VBA, R, Python.

• Relevant technical qualification ideally masters level.

On Offer:

• Salary Circa €90,000 - €110,000
