RELATIONSHIP MANAGER ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE BANKING

Overview

My client an International Corporate Banking entity is currently seeking a Relationship Manager Associate to join their high-performance team. The successful candidate will be hungry to grow their career and bring energy and a passion for building corporate client relationships to the role.

This role will offer the candidate unrivalled exposure dealing with blue chip multinational companies while managing a large corporate portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing relationships with key corporate clients while developing new opportunities.

  • Manage and assess corporate lending facility applications and origination analysis. 

  • Deal structuring and preparation of credit applications, loan document negotiation and signing, syndication support and deal team management.  

  • Responsible for KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.

  • Assess and monitor the performance of client portfolio including risk management.

  • Ensure compliance and procedures are always adhered to.

  • Be part of a high-performance, team driven organisation where, positivity, energy and ideas are valued.

  • Self-motivator with track record of delivering agreed goals and targets.


The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a relationship management capacity within Corporate Banking.

  • Must have experience dealing with large corporates with 1million euro + facilities.

  • Self-motivated with an energetic approach to work and desire to be part of a high performing team.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders,

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate banking, financial products, and investment banking.

  • Strong numerical skills and credit assessment

  • Proficient IT skills such as Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint

  • Third level degree in relevant discipline.
