RELATIONSHIP MANAGER ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE BANKING
Overview
My client an International Corporate Banking entity is currently seeking a Relationship Manager Associate to join their high-performance team. The successful candidate will be hungry to grow their career and bring energy and a passion for building corporate client relationships to the role.
This role will offer the candidate unrivalled exposure dealing with blue chip multinational companies while managing a large corporate portfolio.
Responsibilities
Manage existing relationships with key corporate clients while developing new opportunities.
Manage and assess corporate lending facility applications and origination analysis.
Deal structuring and preparation of credit applications, loan document negotiation and signing, syndication support and deal team management.
Responsible for KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
Assess and monitor the performance of client portfolio including risk management.
Ensure compliance and procedures are always adhered to.

The Successful Candidate will have:
Experience working in a relationship management capacity within Corporate Banking.
Must have experience dealing with large corporates with 1million euro + facilities.
Self-motivated with an energetic approach to work and desire to be part of a high performing team.
Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders,
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge and understanding of corporate banking, financial products, and investment banking.
Strong numerical skills and credit assessment
Proficient IT skills such as Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
Third level degree in relevant discipline.
