CRE LENDING ORIGINATIONS DIRECTOR

Overview:

Experienced CRE lending originator required for a well established financial services company. The successful candidate will be able to bring a network of potential business with them and in-depth knowledge of the CRE Lending space.

You will ensure service excellence to customers across the country and to achieve the company’s overall targets. You will be part of a team focused on generating lending opportunities across the CRE market in Ireland. You will have an understanding of the lending applications process and will work with the wider team, and directly with customers to drive fast and efficient turnaround times. You will draft accurate and detailed credit reports. If you are someone who enjoys a fast environment, are sales driven and you have strong attention to detail we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities will include:

• Origination of new CRE Lending deals utilising your existing network

• Meeting with potential customers, structuring proposals. Prepare credit reports for submission to the Credit Committee.

• Follow up with customers to ensure conditions precedent are satisfied in a timely manner and liaise with solicitors to assist in the execution process.

• Develop and demonstrate a strong knowledge across all transaction processing elements, act at all times with strong attention to detail and play your part to drive on going improvements and finding solutions for our customers.

• Adhere to policies and procedures.

• Be ambitious to find solutions for our customers and your team and have an adaptive and flexible approach.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years’ experience of working in an originations CRE lending position.

• Experience and proven track record of delivering growth and sales

• A clear understanding of financial information and the ability to interpret same, and experience of drafting credit reports.
