Sales Support / Internal Sales - Asset Finance

FS Recruitment are recruiting for a New Business Sales Support professional on behalf of a leading asset finance provider in Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-driven individual to join a high-performing sales support team and play a key role in onboarding new business, managing documentation, and supporting vendors, dealers, and field sales teams across Ireland.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales, General Manager, and wider commercial teams to ensure transactions move smoothly from proposal to payout while delivering excellent service to customers and partners.

 

The Role

This position provides vital support to the Sales function, ensuring proposals, documentation and customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for onboarding vendor and customer credit proposals, preparing payout packs, supporting the Sales and Field Sales teams, and acting as a key point of contact for vendors, dealers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Processing

  • Onboard vendor and customer credit proposals for Risk assessment and decisions.

  • Prepare accurate payout packages—checking calculations, rates, signatures, dates, Conditions of Sanction and completeness prior to funding.

  • Complete offers in Charisma for Risk submission and coordinate VCP proposals requiring additional support or documentation.

Sales & Operational Support

  • Support the Sales team with pricing, quotations, and customer communications.

  • Provide day-to-day assistance to Field Sales on Charisma, VCP and other system-related tasks.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, dealers and customers, handling queries and requests promptly.

Documentation & Transaction Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, internal departments and customers regarding transaction status, missing documents, supplier invoices, HPI searches and problem resolution.

  • Prepare documentation, insurance requirements, searches, and financial information tailored to each transaction.

  • Support reconciliation of supplier invoices, funding status updates and purchase order administration.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum APA accreditation.

  • Strong understanding (or strong aptitude to learn) of asset finance documentation, contracts and financial processes.

  • Experience working directly with vendors, dealers or customers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing peak workloads.

  • Knowledge of Charisma, VCP or similar finance systems.

  • Previous experience in asset finance, credit support or sales support roles.

  • Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Detail-focused with strong accuracy and process discipline.

  • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Resilient, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and confidence in escalating issues when required.

  • Adaptable with the ability to support various teams, including sales.
