Overview

My client a leading asset management loan servicer is currently seeking an Insolvency Asset Manager to join their growing team due to high demand.

The successful person will gain unrivalled exposure with a industry leading company with international scope.



Responsibilities:

  • Deal efficiently with correspondence from customers and their Solicitors.

  • Handle incoming calls and written correspondence from Insolvency Services and Personal Insolvency Practitioners/ Accountant firms effectively.

  • Respond to queries from solicitors, draft and review legal documentation for unsecured accounts and personal insolvency arrangements.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the unsecured recovery policies, procedures and strategies, ensuring adherence to the CCMA / CPC / SME regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain and monitor on-going contact on cases ensuring adherence to agreed SLA's.

  • Build a clear understanding of the criteria required within the unsecured portfolios including familiarity around Standard Financial Statements, Statement of Means, waterfalls, and SLA's, ensure strict compliance with the recovery policies.

  • Meet individual performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

  • Comply fully with the industry regulatory procedures directly relating to the Bank

  • Actively participate and share knowledge/ideas at weekly/monthly team meetings.

  • Work in a professional and timely manner in a busy and fastpaced Unit.


Requirements:

  • Must have Loans and Regulations Exams (APA). Recognised qualification /accreditation i.e. APA/QFA in order to be in a position to discuss with customers product information and give advice in relation to forbearance options when required

  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience of dealing with customers either face to face or over the telephone.

  • Ability to engage with people by phone and negotiate realistic and timely agreements/settlements.

  • Knowledge of the Insolvency Act and the new arrangements available would be an advantage.

  • Previous Asset Management experience


Salary: €45,000 - €52,000 (DOE)
