HEAD OF SALES - ASSET FINANCE

Overview

Our client an established asset finance provider is currently seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development professional. This role’s will act as a player manager overseeing strategic growth and managing the team while also being involved in the day to day sales generation and business development.

The successful candidate must come from an Asset Finance background with a proven track record of driving growth, sales and people management.


Duties:

  • Achieve sales targets laid down by the strategic development plan

  • Manage and steer the Sales and sales support team

  • Manage and complete individual transactions including preparation of credit applications

  • Develop strong relationships

  • Establish close co-operation with existing clients senior staff

  • Strategic planning and drive team and individual activity

  • Ensure CBI compliance is maintained and up to date.


Requirements:

  • Ten years + sales experience within the Asset Finance sector

  • Experience of managing a team

  • Ability to work at all levels of the organisation

  • Strong MS Office Skills and the ability to work remotely

  • Demonstrate highest level of integrity and professionalism

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 base salary (DOE) + Bonus & Bens
