RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGER
My client, a company at the forefront of providing funding lines to businesses are currently seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to look after all elements of Risk within the organisation.
The role would suit a hands on individual who likes a varied role that will cover Credit Risk, IT Risk, and all other areas of Risk that fall within business requirements.
This is a roll that involves rolling up the sleeves and get involved in the day to day.
The successful candidate with be a Risk analyst a banking or financial services background with experience working within a Risk function.
This role will most likely suit someone who feels that they are restricted in their current role and who would like greater exposure to overall risk functions within a SME funding provider. Or someone who has done it before, has worn the t-shirt and is looking for a challenging and fulfilling role with flexibility that they can get stuck into for the next few years.
This role will report directly into the Head Of Finance.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Help maintain Risk Appetite statement, Risk Framework and Risk Register for the business
Ensure that risk management procedures and practise are embedded in the business
Help with developing Risk Reporting framework including regular Risk Incident Reporting Register
Money Laundering Reporting, KYC and Data Control
