CREDIT UNDERWRITER - SME

My Client an SME Lending provider is currently seeking a Credit Underwriter to join their team.

This role will suit someone coming from a banking background who is commercial astute, hungry to progress their career and wants to be part of a growing organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications for SME customers.

• Engage with key stakeholders across the business as required.

• Draft credit applications and present to credit committee where applicable

• Personal lending discretion and adhering to high quality lending procedures.

• Conduct credit reports ensuring full accuracy and prepare reports for credit committee approval.

• Evaluate financial statements and credit checks.

 

Key Requirements

• Third level Degree

• QFA or APA Loans & Regs

• Commercial astute and hungry to grow career.

• Credit Underwriting experience ideally within SME lending

• Commercial astute and driven

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Salary €45,000 - €55,000
