Corporate Finance Manager

My client a multinational company is currently seeking a corporate finance manager to join their market leading division. The successful candidate will come with experience in either M&A, Debt Advisory, Valuations, Infrastructure or Renewable Energy and will ideally be a qualified accountant with 4+ years’ experience working within a corporate finance function.

These hires are at Manager & Associate Director level on a permanent basis.

Core responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team taking responsibility to deliver industry leading transactions, critical infrastructure, or professionally challenging valuations.

• Continue to develop your skillset while also contributing to the development of our team.

• Deliver personal output to the highest professional standards.

• Using your judgement and expertise to generate the best outcome for our clients.

• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and solicitors.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience.

• ACA / CFA qualified or equivalent.

• Previous experience in corporate finance / banking / investments / infrastructure or a related transaction department.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills – especially in report writing and PowerPoint presentations.

• Strong capability in financial modelling and the complexities of your chosen area.

• Proven project management skills and experience and must enjoy managing a wide range of multiple tasks/projects at any one time.

• Demonstrate that you are commercial and astute.

Salary - €65,000 - €90,000 (DOE & Level)
