ASSET FINANCE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

SME Lending Manager 

My client a leading provider of corporate and retail financial services are currently expanding operations and are looking for an SME Asset Finance Lending Managers with locations in Dublin and the Cork Region. 

They provide a wide range of products and services and are seeking a SME Lending Manager to grow and develop their Equipment Finance & SME Lending Division. 

The SME Lending Manager will play a key role in the development and maintenance of relationships with intermediaries and customers directly. They will assist in the growth of the SME/Equipment portfolio and will be joining a progressive and highly motivated team. 

This role also provides a lot of autonomy that isn’t readily available elsewhere. 

The successful candidate will: 

Likely be currently or recently involved in an Irish SME Lending or SME Asset Finance position and origination role. 

Have 5 years relevant experience within this sector 

Be well connected and knowledgeable within the SME or Asset Finance sector, with strong product knowledge. 

Ability to process various types of SME loan applications through identification, negotiation and approval. With strong assessment skills. 

Be sales and business development focused and driven 

Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team 

High level of attention to detail.
