My client a leading asset finance provider with large operations are currently growing due to high demand and are seeking two experienced asset finance professionals to cover the Dublin, Munster, Midlands and West Regions

This is a rare opportunity as roles with this company do not often arise due to their exceptional culture and excellent commission structure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively sources sales from within the allocated geographical location either by directly prospecting the existing customer base, sourcing new customers or through 3rd party introducers.

  • Responsible to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, dealers and other introductory sources via telephone, emails, and face to face meetings.

  • Prepares a sales action plan to identify specific targets and follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identifying sales prospects.

  • Preparation of presentations, proposals, credit committee proposals to gain underwriters approval of the deal and sales agreements.

  • Prepares paperwork as required by the Company to activate the deal and ensures all necessary legal documentation is fully in place prior to the pay-out of any deal.

  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events/seminars and demonstrations, awards ceremonies, etc.

  • Record accurate sales information on Salesforce and become a Salesforce Champion.

  • Ensures the Treating Customers Fairly is initiative is fully promoted, implemented, and adhered to, and that any customer complaints are effectively managed and reported in line with the Treating Customers Fairly Guidelines.

  • Work closely with Collections team to resolve problem cases.

  • Ensure the products are marketed using the appropriate methods and route to market.

  • Ensures that all activity is always within the context of the Central Bank of Ireland regulations and ensures the Treating Customers Fairly initiative is fully adhered to. Risk & Compliance Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

Skills & Experience Essential

  • Asset Finance Industry experience/ knowledge

  • Proven track record within the Asset Finance industry

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Strong credit and risk understanding

  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively

  • Practical problem solver

  • Driven to meet and exceed targets


Education & Qualifications Desirable

  • Business administration degree or equivalent qualification

  • QFA
